About ADHD Coaching

How I work

...and how I can help

I am based in the UK, but I love working with clients from all over the world. Unless otherwise agreed, sessions are held on Zoom.

  • Adult 1:1 Coaching

    50 Minutes

A tree against a bright sky

50-minute one-to-one coaching sessions are a chance to better understand your brain, to develop strategies that really work for you, and to think through how to create a more fulfilling life, working with instead of against your unique brain wiring.

50-minute sessions give us plenty of time to think through problems, to explore what sparks your interest and dopamine, and to talk through your ideas. You will bring a topic that feels particularly present for you to each session as a starting point for each session.

We will usually work together biweekly, or sometimes weekly, for an initial period of 12 sessions before reviewing our progress. For some people, this is enough, but you can continue for as long as you find our work helpful. We will review regularly throughout our work together to ensure you're getting the most out of the process.

  • Workplace Training

    On Request

    A green forest

I offer bespoke workplace training (delivered remotely or hybrid) to employers and organisations interested in better understanding the needs of neurodivergent employees, reducing workplace stress, leading to higher productivity, and increasing staff wellbeing.

Please contact me if you would like to discuss this, rather than booking a consultation directly.

Fees

Sessions are £80 for 50 minutes for self-funded clients.

If sessions are booked in blocks of four, I offer a slight discount (£300 total).

If you are based in the UK, the Access to Work government grant scheme may be able to fund the full cost of your coaching if you are in employment or self-employed. If you would like to know more about this, please get in touch. My rates for Access to Work and corporate clients differ from my self-paid rates, so please ask me for a quotation.

I also keep a limited number of sliding scale slots for anyone who cannot afford my full fee, although these are full at present.

About Me

I'm Emma, and I think our brains are wonderful. Yours too. Really.

I have ADHD, ASD, and a PhD. I've always found the hard things easy and the easy things hard. But I've harnessed my brain to do a lot of brilliant things. You can too. Let's figure it out together.

Before I was a coach, I worked in tech, academia, and as an artist and touring musician - so if you're a creative or geeky type, we'll probably have a lot in common!

I am an AACC and ACC-certified ADHD coach. I trained at ADDCA, one of only a few ICF-certified ADHD coach trainings in the world, where I receive regular supervision and mentoring to make sure I can give you the best coaching experience possible.
